Safety and responsible use

NextMove AI offers practical, non-clinical coaching for UK adults navigating changes in work or life. It can help you reflect and consider practical next steps.

Clear boundaries

Coaching, not clinical or crisis care.

NextMove AI is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis care, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

What to expect

Use AI suggestions as a starting point.

Your assessment pathway is selected using fixed answer rules. AI prepares optional reflection questions, plan suggestions and refreshes, and weekly exercises.

AI suggestions may be wrong. Review them against your circumstances and use your own judgement; you choose what to accept or set aside. Suggestions do not guarantee a job or any other outcome.

Responsible use

Coaching, with clear boundaries.

NextMove AI uses AI to prepare reflection questions, your 30-day plan, plan refreshes and optional weekly exercises. Reflection questions use your saved assessment result, profile goals and circumstances, and selected life areas. Plan generation uses those same details plus any reflection answers you submit. A plan refresh uses your saved assessment and profile context, current plan, and the new circumstance description you enter. A weekly exercise uses your saved plan, profile goals and circumstances, and saved weekly reflection; daily check-in notes are not sent for that exercise. Your assessment pathway is selected using fixed answer rules, not generated by AI.

AI suggestions can be wrong, so review them and decide what is right for you. No outcome is guaranteed. NextMove AI provides practical, non-clinical coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis care.
