Question 1

Who is NextMove AI for?

Accepted Answer

NextMove AI is practical, non-clinical coaching for adults in the UK navigating changes in work or life. That can include career change, redundancy, relocation, business uncertainty, or finding it hard to take action.

Question 2

Is the assessment free, and do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free assessment has ten questions and needs no account. It gives you a short summary, one practical action to consider and a suggested coaching pathway. The pathway follows fixed answer rules.

Question 3

What happens after the assessment?

Accepted Answer

Continuing is optional. If you choose to continue, you can create a profile, add goals and circumstances, choose three to seven priorities, and optionally answer reflection questions before making a personalised 30-day plan. Daily check-ins and plan reviews help you reflect and adjust as priorities change.

Question 4

How does AI help?

Accepted Answer

The assessment pathway is selected by fixed answer rules, not by AI. AI prepares optional reflection questions and plan suggestions. Review suggestions before using them because they may be wrong.

Question 5

What does NextMove AI cost?

Accepted Answer

The assessment is free. Published prices are Starter at £9.99/month, Pro at £24.99/month, Annual Pro at £199/year, and the 30-day Transformation Programme at £99 once. The seven-day Pro trial requires no card, charge or automatic conversion, and is limited to one trial per account. Paid GBP checkout is not available yet, so no paid payment is taken.

Question 6

Is NextMove AI therapy or medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. NextMove AI is practical, non-clinical coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis care, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Question 7

Does NextMove AI guarantee a job or outcome?

Accepted Answer

No. NextMove AI does not guarantee a job, career change or employment outcome. Suggestions are ideas to consider, not promises of results.

Question 8

Does it provide specialist business, legal or financial advice?

Accepted Answer

No. NextMove AI does not provide specialist business, legal or financial advice, and it does not assess business viability.

Question 9

Can I review or change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Daily check-ins help you reflect on actions, while plan reviews let you reconsider what remains and adjust it as your priorities change.
