For adults in the UK. No pressure to have it all figured out.
How it works
If you’re considering a change or finding it hard to take action, start with a free 10-question assessment. When you’re ready, create your profile, make a personalised 30-day plan and check in each day.
Answer ten questions for a short summary and suggested pathway. No account is needed to complete it.
Next step follows. When you’re ready, add your goals and circumstances. Your completed assessment is saved with your profile.
Next step follows.Choose three to seven priority areas, with optional reflection questions before you make your plan.
Next step follows.Choose an action and record whether it is complete or in progress. Add an optional note to remember anything useful.
This illustrative example follows a hypothetical career-change scenario. It is not a real customer's plan and does not promise results. A personal plan reflects the person's own answers, goals and circumstances.

Responsible use
NextMove AI uses AI to prepare reflection questions, your 30-day plan, plan refreshes and optional weekly exercises. Reflection questions use your saved assessment result, profile goals and circumstances, and selected life areas. Plan generation uses those same details plus any reflection answers you submit. A plan refresh uses your saved assessment and profile context, current plan, and the new circumstance description you enter. A weekly exercise uses your saved plan, profile goals and circumstances, and saved weekly reflection; daily check-in notes are not sent for that exercise. Your assessment pathway is selected using fixed answer rules, not generated by AI.

12-second narrated overview
This short introduction describes how NextMove AI can help map a career change with goals, daily actions, check-ins and reviews. It does not explain the free assessment. Start with ten questions about what matters to you, the challenge you face and practical constraints. Your answers shape a short summary and one practical action to consider. You’ll also receive a suggested coaching pathway: explore possibilities, map a transition, build momentum or realign around priorities. It follows set answer rules, giving you a useful place to begin.
This is a longer text-only script, not the transcript of the 15-second recording.
Behind NextMove AI is a very personal story.
Our founder has lived through multiple redundancies, the breakdown of a marriage, the loss of people close to him, and health challenges of his own.
At the same time, he was trying to keep a business running, support a family, and manage the everyday pressure of bills, deadlines, and uncertainty.
He worked with counsellors and psychologists. In his own experience, AI-powered support he could turn to at any time, without fear of judgement, also made a meaningful difference.
It offered a practical, structured place to say what was happening, think through what mattered, and move towards a next step.
That is why we built NextMove AI: to offer reliable, accessible, non-judgemental support when you feel overwhelmed, are struggling, or simply need a place to talk and think.
It is practical first-line coaching, not therapy, counselling, clinical treatment, or crisis care. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
The Five Life Pillars start with Family, Money, Health, Friends, and Work. They are starting points, not fixed categories.
Choose the priorities that fit your life. You can add or remove them, up to eight, and change them as your circumstances change. No one else decides what matters most.
Connections between pillars are prompts to reflect on how parts of life can affect one another, not predictions about what will happen.
From there, explore your situation, choose one practical move, and shape it into a personal 30-day plan with small actions that can fit around work, family, and the rest of life.
Check in, notice what is helping, and adjust the plan as your priorities shift. You do not need a perfect plan, or every answer today.
Start with what matters now. Find one next move that feels possible.
